What are your parent's opinions on gay marriage?

  1. My parents are against gay marriage and had been telling me to stay from it.

  2. My parents tell me that it is against the bible to allow two people of the same sex to marry but I have since shown them that it isn't about the sex of the people it is about love. They have slowly come around to being open-minded about it.

  3. A lot of my guy friends are gay, and I have them over to hang out all the time. My parents don't seem to have a problem with them. In fact my mom is always asking me when they'll be coming over again or if they want to join us for dinner. I always come home and tell them about some new wonderful dress one made and my mom gets pretty excited. I don't think they care because they aren't hurting anyone. They are doing no harm.

  4. My parents voted no on prop 8 simply because they believe that all American's rights should be equal as stated in our constitution. The main argument people against gay marriage give is that it ruins the sanctity of marriage when in my opinion it is the straight couples across america who are divorcing and committing adultery that truly are ruining the sanctity of marriage.

  7. Both my parents aren't opposed to gay marriage because they have a few gay friends and relatives.

  8. They don't mind. Just because two males or two females get married it won't affect them. It's their life and they can live how they want to.

  9. I don't think they like it but in the end they would say if it makes you happy then go ahead.
